Do you need help with something on your Learner Portal or do you have a question about your course material? We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you with some of the common questions our learners have asked in the past, but we realise you might have a question we have not created an answer for yet. So there is a simple process to get in contact with the Lobster Ink support team.
Step 1: Select the grey Support button on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Start typing your question and press the Enter key. A few support article suggestions will display. Read through the suggested articles to see if they will assist you.
Step 3: If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, select the Leave a message button.
Step 4: Fill in your details and give us more details on the problem you are experiencing then click Send.
If your submission is successful you will see the message below.
You can then click the 'x' button. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your query. We will respond within 12-24 hours.
