As a Department/Outlet Manager, you play an integral role in the success of Lobster Ink at your establishment. It is the Department/Outlet Manager’s responsibility to add all learners from their department onto the Lobster Ink platform. You are also responsible for distributing learner login details. You will work with the Lobster Lead at your establishment to ensure that all learners understand what Lobster Ink is about. You will also be responsible for managing the training schedule for your department and you will need to make sure that your learners stay motivated.
Another key duty is to keep your learner lists up to date. If any new team members join or a staff member leaves you will need to update this information as soon as possible because this can affect your reports.
