As a General Manager, you are able to assign the Lobster Lead for your establishment. Before assigning a new Lobster Lead, you should make sure that they already have a Learner account.
Step 1: Once you are logged in, click Admin to go to the Admin portal.
Step 2: Click Manage Establishment on the navigation bar.
Step 3: Select Assign new Lead.
Step 4: Select/search the learner from the drop-down menu that you would like to add as a Lobster Lead.
Step 5: Click Assign once you have selected the learner.
Step 6: A pop-up screen will appear asking you to confirm assigning the Lobster Lead role. Click ‘Confirm Change’.
