For monitoring and reporting on Learner achievements in terms of earned medals, the administrator portal offers you the possibility of drawing detailed reports on different levels. You are able to view monthly totals for your establishment or zoom into a preferred period of time. The system also shows you development on establishment and departmental level, as a percentage of assessments taken, and per individual Learner.
Step 1: On the administrator portal, select the Medal Table button on the homepage.

Step 3: Find the right data for your monitoring and reporting purposes in the five different sections on this medals reporting page. You can export the data as presented to you to PDF, or Excel at any moment.
Establishment Total
This section displays total values for the selected period for the entire establishment. If you have access to multiple establishments as a group manager, you can search for establishments in the left column.
Department Total
The data in this table is the total results for the selected period, broken down per department (not available on outlet level). You can click on the metrics to sort the data for highest and lowest scoring departments.
Department Percentage
These values are essentially the same as the values in Department Total, but now they are translated into percentages, which are calculated in relation to the number of total assessments taken in that department.
Learner Totals
This section provides you with achievement results from individual Learners and courses combined, in the selected period of time. Besides being able to search for an establishment or department, you are able to see the data of an individual Learner performance or see the results of all Learners for one specific course.
Learner Percentages
These values are essentially the same as the values in Learner Totals, but now they are translated into percentages, which are calculated in relation to the number of total assessments taken by that Learner.
