As learners complete the theory and practical aspects of the courses, their certificates will become available for download. As a manager and admin, you are able to bulk download these certificates for your establishment.
Step 1: On the administrator portal, select Course Report in the menu on the left side.

Step 2: Click on Certificates, this is the last tab on the screen.
Step 3: Select the relevant course that you require the certificates for. Alternatively, leave this field blank should you wish to download the certificates for all courses.
Step 4: You can also filter the certificates for a specific date
Step 5: Then click Get Certificates, this will bring up a list of all available certificates for your specifications.
Step 6: You will then be given a list of all certificates available for download. You are able to download all of the certificates by clicking in the box next to Select or select the relevant ones by clicking the box next to the learner's name.
Step 7: You can then click on Download Certificates, this will then download either all certificates or those you have selected.
