We have compiled a list of the most common departments within an establishment. You can use these as your starting point. If any of these departments do not apply to your hotel then simply leave them blank.
If you have additional departments that we have not listed you can easily add new departments on this same page. For each department you will need to provide the details of each department manager.
We know some departments are particularly large and have a number of outlets, so we have created functionality that allows you to include outlets under the main department that they belong to. You will need to provide the details for each outlet manager as well.
The managers you have listed will be responsible for adding the learners in their department or outlet.
Once you have completed inputting the details for your establishment structure you will be able to review and confirm the structure online. Should you wish to make any changes you just need to click back to the ‘Add Departments’ page.
