Misplacing your car keys; leaving your lunch at home; forgetting your Lobster Ink username... these things happen.
Step 1: Don’t panic! The steps to resetting your password are quick and simple.
Your login details can be recovered by contacting your hotel's Lobster Lead or you can start by going to the Lobster Ink page by clicking on this link.
Once you have arrived at the page, simply click on the words ‘I forgot my password’.
If at this point you miraculously remember your password, you will have the option to click on the words that say ‘I’ve remembered my password’.
If not, you will then be prompted to enter your Mobile/Cell number, along with your date of birth. Then click the ‘Log Me In’ button and you will enter the learner portal.
Once you have done this you will be able to enter a brand new password to access IHG® Frontline. Simply click ‘Update’ et voila, you’re back on track and ready to learn!
