Do you need help with something on your Learner Portal or do you have a question about your course material? We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you with some of the common questions our learners have asked in the past, but we realise you might have a question we have not created an answer for yet. So there is a simple process to get in contact with the Lobster Ink support team.
On your Learner Portal you will see a question icon.
Step 1: Select the question mark icon on your Learner Portal.
Step 2: The “How can we help?” pop-out will appear. Type your question in the space provided.
Step 3: Then Select ‘Next’.
It is likely that Lobster Ink has already answered the question you are asking so in the next pop-out you will see a list of links to articles that may be an answer to your question.
If you don’t find the answer you are looking for;
Step 4: Select the ‘None of these are helpful - Get in touch’ button. This will take you to an information request sheet.
Step 5: Fill in your details and give us more details on the problem you are experiencing.
Step 6: Select ‘Submit’.
If your submission is successful you will see “Message submitted, Thanks!”. You can then just click the close button to return to your Learner Portal. You will also receive an email from us confirming that we have received your query. We will be in touch within 48 hours.
