Step 1: On your Admin portal, select the ‘Learners’ icon.
Step 2: Click on ‘Add Learner’.
Step 3: Fill in all of the Learner’s details, including first name(s), last name, courses and department or outlet.
Step 4: Once you’ve inserted the Learner’s details, click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: After clicking ‘Save’, a pop out window will appear. The new Learner’s username and password will be listed. The Learner is now able to log in to www.lobsterink.com and update their personal profile and begin their allocated courses
