How To Sign Up By Email As A New User

Your manager/coordinator will invite you to join the workspace, whereby you'll receive an email from no-reply@lobsterink.com to join your Learner Group.

Once you receive your invitation, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: From the email invitation, click "Complete your registration":

Step 2: Select “I am a new user and need an account” and click Next.
It is imperative that you choose this option when you first sign up, in order for the platform to identify and place your account in the correct Learner Group.

Step 3: Complete the registration form

Step 4: Click the Terms and Conditions policy and click SIGN UP. 

Step 5: Upon signing up, you will enter the Lobster Ink platform, and the learning content will be available to you on the EXPLORE/LEARN pages.
