How to sign up by email as a new user

You will receive an email from to join your Learner Group.

Once you receive your invitation, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Please click on "Join Now" in the invitation email sent to you.


Step 2: Select “I am a new user and need an account” and click Next. It is imperative that you choose this option on your first interaction with the platform in order for the platform to identify and place your account in the correct Learner Group.


Step 3: Complete the registration form: first name, last name and password. Your email address will be prepopulated.


Step 4: Click the terms and conditions policy and click SIGN UP. 

Step 5: Upon signing up, you will enter the Lobster Ink platform and the content will be available to you on the EXPLORE/LEARN page. Happy Learning!
