Q: Why can't I see any learning content when I've signed up?
A: If you are unable to see any learning content after signing up to the workspace, there may have been a technical error during the sign-up process.
New Learners who were unsuccessful in their first attempt to sign up should follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- If logged into the platform, close the tab. Clear the device cache and cookies - A minimum of 7 days is sufficient.
- Ensure that the time on the device is set to the exact time in their city
- Open a new tab
- Go to the join link for your workspace
- Enter the 6-digit invitation code: ***-*** (which will be provided by the respective learner group Manager(s))
6. Select I already have an account and click Next
7. Enter the username and password you created on your first Sign Ip attempt, and click Log In.
