Q: Why am I getting a blank page when I log in?
A: A blank page or one that doesn't completely load could be caused by a multitude of reasons such as poor internet connection, a server error or browser settings.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
- If you are logged into the platform, close the tab
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser. 7 days is sufficient, though you may do longer if you prefer to.
- Ensure that the time on the device is set to the exact time in their city
- Open a new tab
- Go to your workspace URL
- Enter your username and password
- Click Log In
