Step 1: In the top menu bar, click Manage and select Manage Learners.
Search for the learners you would like to deactivate, then tick the checkbox next to their profile icon to select their account and click Deactivate
Step 2: In the View Only option, click Activated Learners.
Search for the learners you would like to deactivate, then tick the checkbox next to their profile icon to select their account and click Deactivate Learners.
Step 4: A confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen, listing the learners you selected for bulk removal. If you're sure, click Deactivate Learners to remove them from your team.
Step 1: Toggle between Activated and Deactivated Learners first and click Deactivated Learners.
All of the deactivated Learners will appear under the same structured Learner groups.
Step 2: Search for the Learner (s) you would like to reactivate or drill down in the Learner group to find the Learner(s).
Step 3: Select the Learner(s) and click Activate Learners.
The Learners will now appear in the Activated Learner list of your Learner group with all their learning history. Remember to pay attention to the Learners you are seeing based on your view-only setting. (Activated vs Deactivated on the top of the Manage Learner page.)
