Q: Why can't I download a certificate after completing my course?
A: Courses are made up of a number of Lessons that are grouped together around the same topic.
Learning Paths are made up of a number of Courses grouped together based on a specific topic, for example Housekeeping.
By default, Certificates are awarded when a learner successfully completes all Courses within a Learning Path. This means the learner must complete all required Lessons, Theory Assessments, and Practical Assessments (where applicable) before a Certificate is issued.
In addition, Certificates can also be awarded for the successful completion of individual assignments, if this option has been enabled by the manager. When a manager turns on certificates for a specific assignment, learners will receive a Certificate once they have met all the requirements for that assignment.
