Why aren't the recent changes made to my Learner Group reflecting in the Reports?

Q: Why Your Changes Might Not Show Yet: 

If you’ve:

  • Renamed a Business Unit
  • Updated user details
  • Made configuration changes

 

A: Daily Updates at 00:00 UTC

  • Reports are refreshed once a day, starting just after 00:00 UTC.
  • The update includes changes made up to the end of the previous UTC day.
  • Any changes made today will only appear after the next daily update.

These will reflect in the reports after the next 00:00 UTC update, as long as the relevant information was processed successfully.

Sometimes, incidents or processing delays may affect updates, causing occasional delays.
