Q: Why are my learners' completions not reflected in the report?
- Reports are refreshed once a day, starting just after 00:00 UTC.
- The update includes changes made up to the end of the previous UTC day.
- Any changes made today will only appear after the next daily update.
Note that it is important to select the correct date range when viewing the respective reports, as the start and completion dates may be different. The report may reflect fewer courses started vs completed in a particular date range and vice versa.
Sometimes, incidents or processing delays may affect updates, causing occasional delays.
