Q: Why can't I see any learning content when I've signed up?

A: If you are unable to see any learning content after signing up to the workspace, there may have been a technical error during the sign-up process or, content may not have been assigned to you/your learner group yet and you will need to reach out to your departments Lobster Lead. 

New Learners who were unsuccessful in their first attempt to sign up should follow the below troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. If logged into the platform, close the tab. Clear the device cache and cookies - A minimum of 7 days is sufficient. 
  2. Ensure that the time on the device is set to the exact time in their city
  3. Open a new tab 
  4. Follow the invitation method provided by your Manager (Invitation Code or Email Invitation)

Invitation Code:

Enter the Invitation Code provided by your manager. Click Continue

5. Click I already have an account 

6. Enter the username and password you created on your first Sign Up attempt, and click LOG IN.

 

Email Invitation

Use this option only if your manager invited you via email.

  1. Open the invitation email from Lobster Ink.

  2. Click “Complete registration”.
  3. You will be taken directly to the registration / login page.

  4. Select “I already have an account”.

  5. Log in using your existing username and password.
