Q: Why can't I reset my password?
A: If you have not added or confirmed your email address, you will not be able to reset your password.
On your next login attempt, you will be prompted to add an email address.
You will receive a verification email to confirm your email address.
Once your email address is confirmed, you should be able to reset your password by following the steps outlined in the support article How to reset your password?
If you do not have an email address linked to your account you will not be able to reset your password. Please reach out to your training manager/coordinator to assist you with resetting your password. They will provide you with a temporary password which you can reset once you log in to the workspace again.
