Q: Why am I getting a 'Server / Error' when I try to log in?
A: This error occurs when users have not signed out of their sessions, the cache remains, and the browser will try to connect with our servers using the last cached data.
In order to resolve the issue, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear your cache and cookies - a minimum of 7 days is sufficient. You may select a longer period if you prefer to.
- Open a new tab and close the tab with the error displayed
- Enter your workspace URL
- Enter your username and password
- Click Log In
