Step 1: In the top menu, click MANAGE and select MANAGE LEARNERS. On the Manage Learners page, search for the learner you would like to move.
Step 2: Click the tick box on the left of the learner(s) name you would like to move and click MOVE LEARNERS.
Step 3: Select the department (Learner Group) you would like to move your learner to and click MOVE LEARNERS.
Note: If the learner group you need is nested/located under a higher-level group, you must first select the parent group(s) above it. This will display the correct group in the hierarchy and allow you to proceed with moving the learner.
