Note: The Reset Learner Password option is only available on learner profiles that do not have an email address linked to their account.
Learners who have an email address linked to their accounts will need to use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page, following the steps outlined in the article "How to Reset Your Password."
Step 1: In the top menu, click MANAGE and select LEARNERS.
Step 2: Search for the Learner who requires a new password and click VIEW LEARNER DETAILS.
Step 3: Select the vertical ellipsis and click RESET LEARNER PASSWORD.
Step 4: Click CREATE PASSWORD.
Step 4: Copy the temporary password and provide it to the Learner for them to use when logging in to the workspace again.
