Deactivate Learners
Step 1: In the top menu bar, click Manage and select Learners.
Step 2: Search for the learners you would like to deactivate, then tick the checkbox next to their profile icon, and click Deactivate.
Note: You can select more than one learner in a learner group to deactivate at the same time.
Step 3: A confirmation pop-up will appear on your screen, listing the learners you selected for deactivation. If you're sure, click Deactivate Learners to remove them from your team.
Reactivate Learners
Note: You can toggle between Activated and Deactivated Learners. All of the deactivated Learners will appear under the respective Learner groups.
Step 1: Search for the learner you would like to reactivate or drill down in the Learner Group to find the learner.
Step 2: Select the Learner and click Activate Learners.
The Learner will now appear in the Activated Learners list of your Learner group with all their learning history. Keep in mind that the Learners you are seeing are based on your view-only setting (Activated vs Deactivated at the top of the Manage Learner page.)
