Q: Why can't I reset my password?
A: If you have not added or confirmed your email address on your account, you will not be able to reset your password.
To ensure you are able to reset your password, add an email address to your account.
When logging in, you will be prompted to add an email address.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
You will receive a verification email, to confirm your email address.
Once your email address has been confirmed, you will be able to reset your own password by following the steps outlined in the support article How to reset your password?
To reset your password without having an email address linked, you will have to contact your manager to provide you with a temporary password which you will be able to reset once you log in to the workspace again.
