How to retrieve your username

Step 1: Click the Forgot Username button

Step 2: Enter your email address linked to your account, then click the SUBMIT button

Step 3: You will receive a forgot username confirmation message:

Step 4: Check your email inbox for the username confirmation message to retrieve your username

Step 5: Click Login to be redirected to the Login page.
