The purpose of this reporting page is that it acts as a dashboard for a Manager and provides a holistic view of your Organisations learning quality and health.
The reporting page has Category filters, so you can filter down to the specific Learner Group to understand what performance results have been attained.
The metrics displayed provides a Manager a quick snapshot view and provides reliable insights into the quality of learning.
How to filter to a specific Learner Group
By using the Category filter, you can navigate the organization you manage and change the reporting as needed.
Note: If you set the filter to a specific Department you will see all the outlets in that department and the information related to those outlets. If there are no Learner Groups below the selection, this report will come up empty.
Select the Learner Group Icon to filter down to the Business unit you would like to have visibility on. You can Clear Selection in the right-hand corner to default back to Corporate and reselect your Business unit of preference.
If you select Corporate as your Learner Group, you will have visibility for all Properties, Departments and Outlets below it. You can filter as needed based on your performance requirements.
